The next block of classes for October are ready to be released.
The season ticket option provides even greater value.
Also we will continue with the Friends Special offer-Invite a family member or friend to join up to any 2 classes this month free!!
Simply ask them to email their details and their 2 choices and they will receive free entry.
To book your places please choose your preferred session(s) from below and make payment in accordance with the payment details attached.
YOGA SESSION BOOKING DETAILS
The classes will be bookable in four week blocks and you only need to book once a month to gain entry to the weekly classes.
There will be a monthly fee to cover the costs of running the sessions as follows:
Session & Day Time per month
1. CHAIR YOGA Wednesday 12 – 1pm £20
When: October 5,12,19,26.
2. MAT YOGA Friday 9.30 – 11am £30 £7.50
When: October 7,14,21,28.
3. MEDITATION Friday 8 – 8:45am £15 £3.75
When: October 7,14,21,28.

4. SAVE 40% – £45 to access all classes-1,2 & 3
The class links will then be sent for your chosen sessions once you have booked and made payment.
If you have a friend or family member who has not done the classes before and would like to try a session, I offer a first class free option. They can simply send me the details of the class they would like to sample and I will send them the link to join.
Anyone in financial difficulty who would like to attend classes but cannot do so because of cost please contact me directly.
Yoga should be available to everyone for their well-being- People of all ages and activity levels can enjoy Yoga and the benefits on the Mind and Body are renowned.
The details of On-line Yoga classes are :
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing while using the chair for support.
You can still do yoga if you are struggling with limited mobility, balance issues, or stubborn stiffness because without ever leaving
your seat chair yoga is both safe and effective. These classes are suitable for all.
Classes are every Wednesday 12.00-13.00pm.
For those who prefer a less physical and more mind based practice I am offering mindfulness meditation classes.
These classes are suitable for all and are every Friday 8-8.45am.
MAT BASED YOGA
For those of you who prefer yoga on the mat I am offering traditional mat-based yoga sessions-classical yoga postures designed to align
your skin, muscles and bones. The benefits include greater strength and flexibility and a path towards creating balance in mind and body.
These classes are suitable for beginners and intermediates with lots of different options to accommodate different levels of fitness.
Classes are every Friday 9.30-10.30am.
