Chair Yoga Workshop

This workshop offers an introduction to chair based yoga both as an aid to traditional yoga postures and a therapeutic tool for the less able.

Venue: Finchley Progressive Synagogue, 54 Hutton Grove Finchley, N12 8DR. Time-10-4pm. Cost £45. More details.
